simon & dane hard at itwe fully educate our baristas on the art and science of making the perfect espresso shot. we then train them on making silky smooth latte milk and light cappuccino milk. we pass on our knowledge on the provenance of the coffee beans and their ethical sourcing. we coach our baristas on the friendly and high quality customer service we believe should be the norm, and not the exception.

this process takes at least three months and is done hand in hand with our coffee supplier.
